Cupping therapy is a healing method that uses suction to help ease back pain, neck pain, headaches and other issues. The  suction pulls on your skin and increase blood flow to the affected area.   Marks are left on the skin but will diminish over a few days.  

Gua sha is an alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to help improve circulation.
